We are always looking for great content to use on our website. We are looking for original photographs and artwork (Not created by any means of AI). If you have original  photographs and / or artwork in digital format, that you own,  then we would be interested in possibly using them on our site.

If we decide to use your content we would modify them to fit our bookmarks, greeting cards, personalized prints, invitation cards, and other products that we create.

Ownership:

You still maintain complete ownership rights to your content. You would grant us an unlimited license to resell your photographs and / or artwork through the products and services that we create on our website. You can cancel at any time by giving 30 days notice so that we can remove any or all of your content from our site. If you cancel then any and all commissions due to you will be paid by the 15th of the proceeding month. No additional compensation would apply if you cancel.

Compensation:

We will pay for the right to use your content based on the sales of said content. For each item sold you would receive a 5% royalty commission. Commissions are paid by the 15the of the following month of sales. So as an example: Total sales of items using your content during the month equals $100.00 your commission would be $5.00. Your commission would be paid the following month on the 15th. All commissions are paid through PayPal unless other arrangements are made in advance.

Outright Purchase:

I some cases we may buy the right to use your content outright at an agreed upon price between Heaven's Cross LLC and you as a contributor. If we purchase the right to resell your content then you are granting us the right to modify and sell or use your content on our website, advertising, promotion or other means. You would be granting us an unlimited license to use your content in any legal way we see fit. If we buy your content to use for resale you would still maintain ownership of your content. You are simply granting us an unlimited license to sell it on any products that we create or use it in any promotions, advertising, etc. If we purchase your content outright you may not revoke our rights to resell any and all of the content we purchased unlimited license right to.
